4. User content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant HumanizerPro the limited rights needed to process, transform, store, and display that content for the purpose of providing the service.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use HumanizerPro to create unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, spam, malware, or abusive content. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or bypass limits of the service.

6. Output responsibility

AI-generated or AI-assisted output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and legally clearing all output before publication.

7. Plans and billing

Paid plans, usage limits, renewals, and pricing are described on the pricing page or in the checkout flow. Fees are charged according to the plan you select unless cancelled according to the applicable billing terms.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We aim for reliability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, or use the service in a way that may cause legal or operational harm.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HumanizerPro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
